- Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a soccer ball contains 32 panels including pentagon and hexagonal (6 sides) panels. But we all have other models, like 12 panels, 24 panels, 30 panels etc.

- After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually.

- Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the ball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified soccer ball

- Lastly deflate all qualified soccer balls, put each one into polybag, then into standard export carton to be delivered.

for indoor and outdoor.PVC leather is not environmental protection before special process, and hard touch, abrasion resistant, folding resistant, acid and alkali resistant, but because of its poor air permeability and moisture absorption, PVC soccer ball is suitable for outdoor.If customer requires high quality, we advise PU leather soccer ball. How to distinguish between the two different materials?
