The outer layer of the soccer ball is made by PVC, PU or TPU. The difference between PVC and PU leather is as below:

I- After press the PU leather, the surface will have wrinkles feeling, while however you press the PVC leather, the surface is still flat and smooth. 

II- PVC leather is not environmental protection except EN71, 6P or Reach standard. PVC is hard touch, abrasion resistant, folding resistant, but because of its poor air permeability and moisture absorption, PVC soccer ball is suitable for outdoor.

III- See from the corner, we can find that the PU bottom cloth is much thicker than PVC.

IV- PU and PVC leather are with different touch feeling, PU leather is soft but PVC leather is hard.

V- PU leather is environmental protection, soft touch, high elasticity, abrasion resistant,waterproof and

antifouling, PU soccer ball is suitable for indoor and outdoor.

VI- Just burn the material, the smelling of PU is much lighter than PVC.

I-1 Go to purchase material, like synthetic leather, rubber bladder, thread, ink etc.

II-2 Cut into pieces according to soccer ball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape.

III-3 Put all the pieces on printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design.

IV-4 Use sewing machine to stitch the 32 panels. We also have other models, like 12 panels, 24 panels, 30 panels etc.

V-5 Put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually.

VI-6 Inflate the ball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified soccer ball

VII-7 Deflate all qualified soccer balls, put each one into polybag, then into standard export carton to be delivered.
