We have machine stitched and hand stitched soccer ball. 

Then what is the difference between hand stitched and machine stitched soccer balls?

1- Hand stitched soccer ball is high quality, each piece of panel are 100% handmade. It contains multilayer of high strength lining, using thick thread, with big needle hole.

2- Hand Stitched ball is very strong and durable to kick.

3- Machine stitched soccer ball is medium and low quality, each piece of the panel are stitched by sewing machine, just sewn by hand in the end.

4- It is using slim thread, with small needle hole, from the outer surface can see the sewing thread.

1.) Purchase material, including synthetic leather, bladder, thread, ink etc.

2.) Cut the leather into pieces according to soccer ball design, make sure them adjusting to correct size and shape.

3.) Assembly the pieces to printing production line, use silk screen to print out the pattern as customer’s design.

4.) Use sewing machine to stitch the panels. Normally a soccer ball contains 32 panels. But we all have other models, like 12 panels, 24 panels, 30 panels etc.

5.) After finishing machine stitching, put the bladder into the leather shell, then sew the end manually.

6.) Examing the air leakage is very important. Inflate the ball to standard pressure, stay 12~36 hours, if found air leakage then pick out the unqualified soccer balls.

7.) Lastly deflate all qualified soccer balls, put each one into polybag, then put into standard export carton to be delivered.
